HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We take every care to package each order with the freshest ingredients as the orders come in.
For collection from us in Centurion: 2-3 working days.
For deliveries: Usually between 2-5 working days. We make use of The Courier Guy and/or Pudo. Although we endeavour to meet targeted delivery times for the chosen option, from time to time, factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.
Bulk orders can take a day or two longer.
HOW DO I PAY? WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU USE?
All orders need to be placed via our online shop.
You can choose to do a manual EFT (bank transfer) whereby you will receive an email with our banking details and instructions once you have completed checkout. Please remember to email us your proof of payment when doing a manual EFT so we can get your order ready asap.
OR
Pay via the YOCO payment gateway. Which is a secure and safe way to pay with your debit/credit card or do an Instant EFT. No need to send us proof of payment when paying via YOCO as we do get notified immediately.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
We make use of The Courier Guy and/or Pudo and only deliver in South Africa.
Door to Door with The Courier Guy – we ask a flat rate of R130 for flyers and small to medium shipping box sizes.
PUDO, we offer locker-to-locker or locker-to-kiosk for R80. This is for up to medium locker size.
For Large/Bulk orders we will contact you to discuss the best and most cost-effective delivery method.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes, you are welcome to collect from us in The Reeds, Centurion, Gauteng.
Collections are by appointment only. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection, whereby we will send you our address/pin drop and available timeframes.
For those who’s working schedules are busy, we do offer after hours collections via pre-arrangement.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TAPIOCA PEARLS AND POPPING BOBA?
Tapioca is a starch extracted from the roots of the Cassava plant. It is soft and chewy once cooked. You can add Brown Sugar Syrup to sweeten it up and it makes a great addition to your milk-based Bubble Tea. With our Instant Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls you can skip the whole cooking process and start enjoying your Milk Bubble Tea in minutes.
Popping Boba is used in water-based Bubble Tea as opposed to Milk Tea (which uses Tapioca). It has a super thin, gel-like outside(made from seaweed extract), which bursts when biting on it, releasing the sweet juice inside. It is also known as Bursting Boba or Bursting Fruit Bubbles.

With our milk-based Bubble Tea kits, we save you a lot of time with our instant Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls. No more cooking and then soaking(in brown sugar syrup) your raw Tapioca Pearls. You can now enjoy your milk-based Bubble Tea in a couple of minutes.
Our kits include EVERYTHING you need! Well, ok, almost everything. You just need to add ice, water and/or milk.
We supply all the main ingredients:
– For water-based bubble tea you get the syrup, popping boba, teabags, cups, straws and step by step instructions.
– For milk-based bubble tea you get the powder, instant tapioca pearls, teabags, cups, straws and step by step instructions.
